Happy Valley school, a well-established, elementary charter school located in the Northwest Valley is accepting applications for an experienced teacher for the 2024 – 2025 school year.  We are an Excelling, Back to Basics, K-8 school with an A rating.  The candidate must possess a bachelor’s degree, a first class IVP fingerprint clearance card, strong classroom management and academic skills, a love for children, and the ability to communicate and work effectively with parents, students, and colleagues.  State Certification preferred.  For lesson plans, teachers follow an established curriculum guide which meets and exceeds the Arizona State Standards.  A standardized classroom management philosophy and disciplinary procedures have been established, and Character First is taught and modeled by teachers at all grade levels.

Salary is competitive with district schools and benefits include medical and dental (optional) plans.  Employees participate in the Arizona State Retirement System.
