Happy Valley School provides before and after school care for students who are enrolled in our regular academic classes during the school year

Our program is organized to provide a service to parents and a safe environment for students by caregivers who have been trained, fingerprinted and who love children. Our program is activity oriented with the goal of fostering an atmosphere of belonging, cooperation, sportsmanship and creative expression that children enjoy.

Our school site is licensed by the Department of Health Services (Childcare Services Division) as well as the Department of Economic Security (DES). Discounts are offered to families receiving DES support.

HOURS OF OPERATION:

Before School: From 6:15—7:15 a.m.

After School: The end of academic classes until 6:30 p.m.

Winter and Spring Camps are available during Winter and Spring Breaks when school is not in session. Summer Camp is also available during June and July. Days and hours of operation may be adjusted for camps.

Regular Day Care rates are published. For students who are not enrolled in a regular Day Care program, Emergency Day Care is available for an hourly fee. Emergency Day care applies when parents are not able to pick students up within 20 minutes after their regular class dismissal time, or if students need to be dropped off early in the morning on a one time basis.
